Great Weekend!Views: 343

What a great weekend! It couldn’t have been better! We were getting ready to go down to the beach on Saturday and my mom said she wanted to go too. Before she was sick she was a beach bum so this is a huge deal! We all went down. The wheelchair went smoothly in the sand (we were worried about that). We stayed down there for hours—fishing, relaxing, spending great moments together. Then that night we brought Hawaii to our house! My parents wanted to go to Hawaii for their 35th anniversary which is the 19th. So instead we brought it to them. We decorated and made dinner for them. It was great! What a weekend! My mom had no pain bothering her and enjoyed herself!

That is so great! Happy Anniversary!

I am so glad you guys had a great weekend.. I hope and pray you have many more :-)

Naunie,
Thirty-five years that is wonderful, Jen and I have been married for almost half that time (17 years and 3 months) best wishes, I can only hope Jen will put up with me that long….

Cheers,

EyeCandy,

Have a great day!

Fabulous! Great idea on somebody’s part! Happy Anniversary!

The day at the beach sounded like great fun. A perfect day in fact. Now the Hawaii night was inventive and I’m sure brought tears to your parents eyes. Just think how it made you feel too. This is what I am always amazed about. How people rise to the occasion no matter how the heart might feel, you do it because it feels right and it will help someone else. That is what you did for them. God bless courage. Weezie
